最近、民放テレビ各局で鑑賞できる番組をなかなか見つけられなくて困っています。残念ながら私自身が時代とずれてきているのでしょう。

私はＮＨＫのテレビ番組はよく見るほうだと思っていますが、現在、放送されている朝ドラでは女性主人公の幼馴染の女性の友達が苦労しながら看護師になったことが描かれています。

ヤングケアラーのように親の介護の労働体験をしながら、その意味と価値、辛さと喜びなどを10歳代で知り、家計を助けて現実と向かい合い、一生懸命に生活している若人がいます。

私自身は事情があり高校卒業後に東洋紡に入社し、会社の国内留学システムのおかげで24歳から大学で勉学できる機会をいただき、親からの金銭的な支援は必要ありませんでした。

教育改革は机上の論議だけでなく、仕事と勉強を両立させている多くの若者の考えの中に教育改革の方向や施策が見出せます。

10歳台後半の彼らは親離れしています。親を含めた他の人々の負担にならないばかりでなく、他を助ける生き方をしている若者もいます。一方で、子供が大学を卒業しても子離れできない親や社会人生活を開始しながら親離れできない若者が増加しています。

ヤングケアラーや10歳代で親離れしたこのような人たちを、学歴や学校の成績だけでなく、社会貢献、家庭貢献面からも評価できるシステム、やり直しができる制度、途中からでも参加できる制度の実現を望んでいます。

On the other hand, an increasing number of parents are unable to separate their children even after their children graduate from college, and also an increasing number of young people are unable to separate from their parents while starting their working lives.

　I would like to see the realization of a system that evaluates young caregivers and those who have left their parents in their teens not only in terms of their academic background and school performance, but also in terms of their social and family contributions, a system that allows them to start over, and a system that allows them to restart their lives.
